Visual inconsistencies between Bookmarks Menu and History Menu

As a matter of personal preference I replace the Library toolbar button with Bookmarks Menu and History toolbar buttons, simply because it is one click too far away and I access 'Show All Bookmarks' and 'Clear Recent History' all the time. In FF60-86 both menus were visually consistent as follows:
View Bookmarks Sidebar/ View History Sidebar
Show All Bookmarks/ Clear Recent History
<Separator>/ <Separator>
Bookmark Toolbars >/ Recently Close Tabs >
Other Bookmarks >/ Recently Closed Windows >
<Separator>/ <Separator>
(Bookmarks in Bookmarks Menu)/ Recent History

Show All Bookmarks/ Show All History
Since FF87, "View History Sidebar" item was removed from the history menu and other items rearranged or renamed for no reason other than to conform to proton UI redesign, while the Bookmarks Menu remaining intact (good) when accessed via Bookmarks Menu toolbar button. I would argue that non-nightly users should not be left in a photon-proton hybrid state when browser.proton.enabled or browser.proton.appmenu.enabled is false.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Bookmarks & History' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Hi,
We have a workaround for this. Could you please try to add on toolbar the "Sidebar" icon from Customize Toolbar. The Sidebar icon has a dropdown with the following options: Bookmarks, History and Synced tabs. If you select the History option then the History Sidebar is displayed.
I'll mark this issue as WFM.

Sorry for being unclear but I was arguing against proton-related menu changes being shipped pre-proton and not being kept behind a pref, rather than the removal of "View History Sidebar" per se.
