This sends XP CPU level to 99%. I believe it's tied to the same problem I'm experiencing during sending email -- it's trying to reference path: C:\DOCUME~1\STEVEN~1.SPO\LOCALS~1\Temp\ns-temp\xpcom.xpi This directory doesn't appear when I bring the C Drive up under Explorer, BTW. I do have a C:\Documents and Settings\Steven.SPOCK\Temp, FWIW. I'm using build 2002091014. These 2 error messages were sent to Microsoft when I killed the processas part of the technical info gathered: C:\DOCUME~1\STEVEN~1.SPO\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER386.tmp.dir00\SETUP.EXE.mdmp C:\DOCUME~1\STEVEN~1.SPO\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER386.tmp.dir00\appcompat.txt
Reporter, In Windows Explorer, choose tools/folder options/view and select radio button to view hidden folders. You should then be able to look at what is in this directory- This is where the xpi files are downloaded and held until installed a workaround may be to delete all files in the ns-temp directory and try again
