Steps to reproduce
- Open the inspector
- In the rule view, click on the
:hovicon - Make the rule view small enough so items in the panel wrap across multiple lines
See attached screenshot
This is probably due to the flexbox property we're using to spread the icon horizontally.
We might experiment with a grid layout instead
