Background:
- The Google doc was originally created because the situation was evolving so rapidly due to Apple making frequent changes.
- The wiki page was created as requested by Sylvestre and Mike Hoye.
- The wiki page is rapidly becoming out-of-date as
--enable-bootstrapbecomes more stable and enabled by default.
As discussed in the build peers meeting, we should remove the reference to the obsolete docs and let the push for --enable-bootstrap resolve this for us automatically.
