RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 1694531

Details

As explained by glandium in the recent build peers meeting:
On some platforms (e.g.: M1), the OS is more strict in checking signatures for downloaded apps. Of course, since try builds require less permissions, they aren't signed with the official Mozilla key.

One way to bypass this signature verification is to download the app with curl, since curl doesn't mark the file as a "downloaded file from the internet."

We should document the use-case where developers produce a try build for a user to test.

... and the build to download is not build-macosx64-shippable/opt but repackage-macosx64-shippable/opt. That said, this is a dupe of bug 1694531
