Details

Every time I try to access any account information or perform any transaction I
get the following error message:

"We're sorry, but your access to this part of the site has timed out.

The site has been built to time out after a period of inactivity, to protect
your account information."

This error message did not used to appear in version 1.0 nor does it appear with
IE 6.0.  This appears to be a problem related to Mozilla version 2002091014 and
the web site
very easy to find if you search with the URl "citybank"
