I've noticed this for a little while: form textareas don't utilize declared
style background colours.

If you look at the URL cited (caveat: it's a page from my personal site), all of
the form elements have the class "formField" which changes the background color.

In the textarea the text is the right colour (white), but the background-color
hasn't changed. Of course, in my situation this renders the textarea completely
unusable. (This works in IE and Mozilla.)
