1696910 - improve "raw data and minidumps" tab in report view

Looking at the "Raw data and minidumps" tab of bp-b450b985-48f7-427d-8750-5263e0210308#tab-rawdump , the links at the bottom are wrong.

• dump: /rawdumps/b450b985-48f7-427d-8750-5263e0210308.dmp
• WRONG: minidump-stackwalk output: /rawdumps/b450b985-48f7-427d-8750-5263e0210308.json
• processed crash: /api/UnredactedCrash/?crash_id=b450b985-48f7-427d-8750-5263e0210308

The link for "minidump-stackwalk output" actually leads to the raw crash, but it should lead to the json_dump output.

While working on this, I decided to switch the order of the minidump-stackwalk output and the links so the links were at the top. Further, I made it clearer what the giant blob of JSON was and I put it in a view like we do with the Telemetry environment so it's easier to do things with.
