Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Firefox
2. Navigate to https://www.aljazeera.net
3. Open in a new tab a page with a video
4. Observe the "AutoPlay Blocked" favicon inside the tab
5. Click on the "AutoPlay Blocked" favicon.

Expected result:

The video from the page should start playing after "AutoPlay Blocked" favicon is clicked and "Playing" favicon should be displayed.

Actual Result:
The "AutoPlay Blocked" favicon is not displayed anymore and the video is not playing.

I cannot reproduce, the issue may have resolved with latest updates, can you please confirm?

In the gif attached you clicked on the live steam and there the video started directly, the issue is reproducible after opening any news article with a video in it.
The issue is also reproducible with Proton pref'd off.
