I want to filter sent messages to move all mail sent to a mailing list into a
specific folder.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. compose a message.
2. send the message.

Actual Results:  
The message is put in the "Sent" folder not one specified by a filter.

Expected Results:  
The message should be put in a folder specified by a filter.

I'm not positive, but I think we already have a report on this...

I couldn't find a duplicate.
I know it has been requested that filters apply to news or there is a killfile.

hi, i would really like this too.  i hate having to sort messages.  just as a
side note, i would like to be able to apply filters at any time (not just on a
new message), and i'm currently looking for a bug on this.

"Tools/Run Filters on Selected Folder" was added recently.

I think it's a dup of bug #11039 (may be bug #11039 has wrong component ?)
