Prerequisites:
ETP - Strict enabled.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to https://www.trustpilot.com/evaluate/tokyocodingclub.com
2. Select number of stars to rate.
3. Type in a review.
4. Observe available sign in options.

Expected Behavior:
"Continue with Facebook" button is available.

Actual Behavior:
"Continue with Facebook" button is not available.

Notes:

1. Screenshot attached.
2. The issue is not reproducible with ETP - Standard.

The page isn't rendering the button on its own, it's waiting for the Facebook SDK to render it where they're specifying it to be rendered. As such we would need to render a placeholder ourselves.

This is working now that we are rendering placeholders.
