The blue "header display" pane in the three-pane view of mail/news
apparently doesn't allow text selection; this is true on Solaris and
Win98, so I assume it's a design decision, but I find it annoying
and a negative usability impact; there are many times when I
want/need the text of the headers for lots of different reasons
(reporting bounce problems, starting a new thread with a slightly
changed subject, copying things for other applications to use, etc.)

I haven't started to look at how hard this would be to fix, but I have
to believe it's just an option on whatever widget draws that pane.

I call this a bug because 4.x-and-prior didn't have this limitation,
and it seems needless and really bothersome.
