most of the ytp-widevine* tests are failing on android-hw:

these consume a lot of cpu time. While these are tier-3, they have been for months.

I would argue these should be try server only if we have had them live for months as tier-3 without any progress towards making them more reliable.

I agree, I'll disable these until we get them fixed.
