- Hover mute button
- See the "MUTE TAB" tooltip
- click the button
AR:
"MUTE TAB" still shows until you mouse out and mouse back in
ER:
"MUTE" should change to "UNMUTE"

I think this is fixed already. I tried to reproduce with 89.0b2 on macOS and after clicking the tooltip disappears. On second hover the correct tooltip message is provided :)

Ah, sorry, it isn't. :ntim meant the description shown below the page title, not a "tooltip" as he mentioned in Comment 1.
