At the moment SeaMonkey re-uses the icons for news for feed folders / menus, we should use specific ones.
Checked under both classic and modern on linux, will need checking on macOS and Windows.

I think it's possible to "revive" old versions of files by hg updating to when they existed and hg copying them into a new commit before hg merging them back to tip, although hg does like to merge subsequent changes made to the files, so you might have to manually revert those changes before committing the merge.
