Steps to reproduce:

1. click the button and make normal setting
2. heroku stack:set heroku-18
3. Homepage code is not showing
4. retry heroku stack:set heroku-20
5. same. homepage code is not showing

Actual results:

not showing homepage code windows

Expected results:

homepage code windows is same.

so first thing, nano is not working in heroku-20, so i down to heroku-18. this problem is exist.

I've checked an instance of Pontoon on heroku-18 and couldn't reproduce the problem.

Please check any browser console for any errors. The problem of not loading the ACE editor might be browser/version-specific.
