Details

The tests in testing/web-platform/tests/html/cross-origin-embedder-policy/credentialless/ are causing issues because it seems like whether they pass depend on whether the test is the first in the current browsing session. Since we restart after an unexpected result, this means that it's impossible to write correct metadata.

Either the tests or gecko need to be fixed so they work consistently. In the meantime I'm going to disable the whole directory.
