With the landing of a couple of WIP patches for Matrix we've added a lot of strings for commands or notices shown in chat. For the purposes of this review it would be appropriate to consider all strings as new, since we previously only had very basic strings. Some of those strings barely apply to what they actually do, but finding better wordings can be challenging.

The string file in question is https://searchfox.org/comm-central/source/chat/locales/en-US/matrix.properties

Once they are in the localizable file they can't be changed without changing the localization key.
I don't see anything that's clearly wrong but I probably don't know enough about how/where all these are used.
