Steps to reproduce:

1. Have Proton enabled in the latest nightly
2. Open a context menu such as in the bookmarks bar

Actual results:

There is a gap between the two sections of the context menu

Expected results:

There should not be a gap in between the sections of the context menu

I am not sure if this is intended behavior, so if it is, then please change this bug to an enhancement request.
