Bug 1669734 fixed some test steps for the dialog element which is only enabled in Nightly. These test steps continue to fail when the code reaches beta.

ah, right...we should enable dom.dialog_element.enabled for these tests.

The tests should be annotated as failure to reflect the shipping state (dialog element disabled).

Bug 1669734 fixed the modal test steps for the 'dialog' element which is only
enabled in Nightly (bug 1645046).
