Steps to Reproduce:
- Launch Firefox
- Go to https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwxFVkl63-lEY3l3ODJReDg3RzQ/view and click to play the H.264 in MOV video sample.
- Click on the full-screen button.
Expected:
The video should be properly entered in full-screen.
Actual:
The first frame of the video is displayed each time full-screen mode is entered.
Notes:
- The issue is not a regression, or at least not a recent one since I can reproduce it since Firefox 60. Please let me know if I should go further back with the investigations.

Desktop QA has been highlighting this defect as a known issue for several release cycles now, following regression testing. Jim, it would really help us if you set a priority on this bug — it will give us clarity on whether this issue is still worth mentioning in future test reports.

Because this was marked as an S3 by default, it never showed up in our triage dashboard. In the future, please just leave the Severity rating empty for bugs like this.

I don't see this issue on Nightly 129 and Release 127 anymore. Close this bug.
