Steps to reproduce

Access a webpage with a height bigger than the screen so the srollbar would be shown

Expected behavior

The vertical scrollbar moves to the very top/bottom of the app (or the toolbar)

Actual behavior

The vertical scrollbar stops a bit higher then the bottom prt of the screen / bottom toolbar.
