Bug 1700157 - Force allow Software WebRender for the Fission control group.
Beta/Release Uplift Approval Request
- User impact if declined: Fission experiment may see some users without WebRender. Given we are not shipping Fission without WebRender, those results are not that useful and may skew distributions, particularly in late beta.
- Is this code covered by automated tests?: No
- Has the fix been verified in Nightly?: No
- Needs manual test from QE?: No
- If yes, steps to reproduce:
- List of other uplifts needed: None
- Risk to taking this patch: Low
- Why is the change risky/not risky? (and alternatives if risky): Just impacts users in the Fission beta experiment. In early beta these users are already getting Software WebRender or WebRender, it should only impact users in late beta which we might not give Software WebRender to.
