170042 - helper app choose window maintains its height incorrectly

When opening i.e. a mail attachment, but the same it is when anytime you have
the helper app choose window open. When you manually choose a binary program in
some path, mozilla puts the path below the "Open using", but the whole popup
window resizes incorrectly as it's now 1 row bigger. So the very bottom get
hidden unless you manually drag the bottom edge.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on an unknown mime type
2. Choose "open using"
3. click "Choose" to select one of binaries deeper in you system's path

An additional test: path to the helper binary must be a bit longer,
"/opt/office52/program/soffice" is enough.
