Graphics Cards:
Nvidia Geforce 730
Intel(R) HD Graphics 530
Preconditions:
Reach about:config and set both gfx.webrender.enabled, gfx.webrender.software - true
Steps to reproduce:
- Launch the Firefox browser.
- Navigate to https://www.sciencepark.at/ and scroll down (using the middle click) to the bottom of the page
Expected Result:
The scrolling should be smooth and without visual issues.
Actual Results:

Notes:
The issue is reproducible also with WebRender default but is not as noticeable as it is with WebRender software.

This bug also occurs on Ubuntu 18 , Intel(R) HD Graphics 630.

Between sw-wr-perf-clip-image and sw-wr-perf-opacity fixes, this should be good now.
