Did a regression check and it pinpointed me between 2020-04-21 and 2021-04-22. Mozregression gave me the following pushlog:https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/autoland/pushloghtml?fromchange=56590914ab61aba3555ed3960130eed75cc0a67e&tochange=824fa302d9ad72e6cf61a6dba447a9b13cc95f82

Hey Jeff, just looked over this and couldn't reproduce the initial issue (seems to have been fixed). Instead, another issue with the pop-up window appeared (still only on 1366x768), where the window will slowly shift itself left on the screen (I'll attach a video with this here).
