The context menu of the back/forward buttons contains page titles, which can be very long.
Non-native menus limit the menu item width to 42em.
Native menus currently do not have a maximum width.

We have a nsMenuUtilsX::GetTruncatedCocoaLabel method but it doesn't do any truncation at the moment.
