The following Firefox probes will expire in the next major Firefox nightly release: version 90 [1].

HTMLEDITORS_OVERRIDDEN_BY_BEFOREINPUT_LISTENERS
HTMLEDITORS_WITH_MUTATION_LISTENERS_WITHOUT_BEFOREINPUT_LISTENERS
HTMLEDITORS_WITH_MUTATION_OBSERVERS_WITHOUT_BEFOREINPUT_LISTENERS

What to do about this:

1. If one, some, or all of the metrics are no longer needed, please remove them from their definitions files (Histograms.json, Scalars.yaml, Events.yaml).
2. If one, some, or all of the metrics are still required, please submit a Data Collection Review [2] and patch to extend their expiry. There is a shorter form for data collection renewal [3].

I think that we should keep collecting the number of further work of beforeinput event because some of them may require that web apps use beforeinput event actually.

For making editor behavior advance, we need to keep watching how many web apps
start to use beforeinput event. Therefore, we should keep collecting the
usage at least until the end of this year.
