0.) Enable Proton-Tabs-Bar
1.) Open a New Tab (A)
2.) Open a New Tab (B)
3.) Open a New Tab (C)
4.) Change the position between Tab (A) and Tab (B)
5.) Change the position between Tab (B) and Tab (C)
Actual: Step 4 creates a resizing issue when the drag animation finishes. Step 5 doesn't have this.
Expected: Step 4 should not have a resizing issue, like in Step 5.
