Steps to reproduce:
Open website in Reader View.
Actual results:
Reader View background color is white (#fff).
Expected results:
Text would be much easier to read if background was a bit darker, light grey, e.g. like background in Bugzilla - #ebeced
Using dark mode is not an option.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Toolkit::Reader Mode' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
