Details

While looking at ServiceWorkerParentInterceptEnabled() and Bug 1682987, I realized there's a code in-tree that is now dead but not obviously so; for example, this. Seems like a fair bit..

And for what it's worth, it's not just the immediate code that can be removed, it looks like at least one ipc methods down the callstack (PContentParent::SendPush) can be removed also.
