1. I cannot copy and paste mail address into the edit message filters dialog.
2. When edit filters dialog is open, the message filters dialog cannot be moved
around
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. copy a mail address into memory.
2. Open message filters dialog,
3. choose a message, and edit
4. try to paste it into any of the boxes for mail addresses - it does not work;
but manual entry of mail address will works.
Expected Results:
accept the 'crl v' / 'mouse right click>paste' to paste the mail address from
windows clip board.
