Right now we have a fairly unhelpful index page for anti-tracking features on MDN: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox/Privacy. It lists a bunch of features in a bulleted list, but doesn't describe how they're related or in what modes they're enabled. It seems worthwhile having a overview index page that gives a very brief summary of the features, what threats they're addressing, and in what modes (i.e., Standard, Strict, Private Browsing) they're enabled.
We can also use this as an opportunity to add a little bit of context on related features that aren't part of the "mainline" anti-tracking feature set, including Facebook container, MAC, and any others.
