it's supposed to be 16px per design, the implementation right now is 20px because the design tool has some UX issues and I consequently misunderstood the spec.
and I mean, I don't really have a designer's eye but even I can tell that ain't 16px
(or 20)
So I opened this ticket.
Please note that on about:support there is another button to clear the startup cache. In that dialog there is a larger spacing between title and text but there the font size of the title is much smaller. This should be unified as well.
