Reploduced in Nightly89.01, but not in Firefox88.0b4

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Make sure there are a lot of Recent Bookmarks and History
  2. App menu > Library > Bookmarks(or History) > Click [<] button

Actual results:
Flicker bottom of menu panel when back to Library sub-view from bookmarks/history sub-view menu.

Expected results:
No flicker

Workaround:
user_pref("gfx.webrender.force-disabled", true);
