Pushbox prod could use a refresh.

Consists of various library updates, some internal product templating changes (templates for PRs, CI modifications, etc.).

No function changes have occurred or significant impact to service is expected.

There is no great urgency to have this done, but it would be nice if it could be completed by end of week. This would give FxA and our QA time to test and verify before we promote to prod.
