Affected versions

  • 88.0b4, 89.0a1(2021-03-28);

Affected platforms

  • all

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Firefox and access about:robots
  2. Resize the browser to take half or less of screen;

Enhancement suggestion

  • robot image could push the "Welcome Humans!" message to the right a bit and still remain in view;
  • it can still be hidden on lower breakpoints;

Actual result

  • image is hidden based on @mediaquerries;

Regression range

  • not a regression;

Additional notes

  • small suggestion that would make the robot asset visible across a wider array of screen resolutions / zoom levels;
  • not influenced by proton prefs.

I think this is fixed, by some of the certificate error page work I did in bug 1724230 and friends. At least, when I test on 97 the image shifts to be above the header, and is visible until you make the content area so small it's about the same (vertical) size as the browser chrome. I think that's acceptable.
