In bug 1634564, we have added new keyed scalars for browser.search.content.*, this replaces the telemetry recorded in SEARCH_COUNTS for SERP results.

Once data science have transitioned telemetry handling to the new keyed scalars (bug 1702178), we should remove the SEARCH_COUNTS logging for SERP results (the SAP telemetry still needs to remain, at the time of writing).

The SERP results are the ones with the keys of format <provider>.in-content:[sap|sap-follow-on|organic]:[code|none].
