Details

When you view the Non-ASCII plain text page, the characters in the Browser are not displayed correctly. Steps of reproduce 1. Use Communicator 4.x to save the http://home.netscape.com/ja and http://home.netscape.com/fr page as plain text. 2. Launch Apprunner 3. Select menu File|Open File.. to open ja.txt (http://home.netscape.com/ja page) and fr.txt (http://home.netscape.com/fr page) The characters are not displayed correctly in the Navigator. At this time, the Auto-detect menu was off. Tested 10-21-10 Win32 and 10-21-08 Linux build.
