Preconditions:

In about:config, set browser.proton.enabled = true
Have multiple devices synced.

Steps:

1. Launch firefox and open the hamburger menu.
2. Go to the FxA submenu and click on Send Tab to Device
3. Hover the mouse over the Manage Devices...

Actual result:

The hover highlight is too close to the bottom edge (even slightly cut).

Expected result:

There should be more space at the bottom edge of the Manage Devices option... (See the Manage History option from the screenshot attached)

Also when the list of synced devices is short, the Manage Devices option is displayed just under the list of devices, not at the bottom edge of the submenu, like other Manage options (e.g Manage History, Manage Bookmarks etc.) which are displayed at the bottom edge even if the list of history or bookmarks is short. Please let me know if this needs to be logged separately. Thanks!
