1702285 - Refresh the tab strip navigation and tab icons

We have newly drawn icons for the tabstrip - left/right, up/down navigation arrows, "+" - as well as the icons and ornaments for the tabs themselves:

• Arrows left/right/up/down
• Add (+),
• Close (x),
• Pin
• Media playing
• Microphone
• Camera on

I applied the same fix to browser_tabopen.js that jaws used for browser_tabclose.js, and that fixed it for me locally. Doing a try build now:
