Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox RTL build
- Navigate to a website that has audio/video playback (ex. youtube.com)
- Play a video.
- Observe the second line display in the tab.
Expected result
- Inside the second line display there should be a playing notification.
Actual Result
- There is no playing notification on the second line of display.
Regression range
- Will look for one ASAP.

This seems to be arabic, arabic and a set of locales were decided to have the second line of text disabled per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1699841
