Currently it is impossible to rename folder named "FOLDER" to "folder" for instance. the workaround is to introduce redundant renaming via rfesh name, like: "FOLDER" -> "temp" -> "folder" My vague guess is that it has something to do with bug 114288. My build: 2002091016 (RH 7.3)
