Mozilla has not got an option to open an email that has been saved to disk. 
Also when double clicking a ".eml" message in explorer (in windows) it open up
outlook, this is despite mozilla mail being the default mail application.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Save an email to disk.
2.Double click the email in explorer
3.

Actual Results:  
Outlook opened the mail

Expected Results:  
Mozilla mail/news should have opened the mail in a new window like when double
clicking a mail message in mail/news.
