Tested on:
Nightly 89.0a1
TestedPlatform:
MacOS 10.14
MacOS 10.15
Have the following pref enabled:
"apz.overscroll.enabled" = "True"
Steps to reproduce:
- Open any webpage (i.e. : www.google.com).
- Scroll up and down with the mouse wheel in order to perform the overscroll
- Check the scroll bar during this action
Expected Results:
The scroll bar should have some sort of effect so that the user knows it's interractiong correctly with it.
Actual Results:
The scroll bar remains unchanged during the overscroll
Notes:
In the attached video you can see the static effect on Firefox Nightly and Chrome (upper left and bottom right screen) in comparison to Safari (upper right corner).
Not a regression since the feature was added in Nightly 89.
