STR:

  1. With Proton enabled, click on the Bookmarks button in the URL bar
  2. Click on the expander next to the folder selector menulist

ER:

The panel should grow vertically to accommodate the folder tree, but not horizontally.

AR:

The panel grows both horizontally and vertically.

We managed to reproduce this issue with Proton disabled.
