When I run mach lint -l black, I get lots of errors like:
/home/sfink/src/mozilla/.hg/store/data/build/moz.configure/android-ndk.configure.i
0 error invalid or missing encoding declaration (black)
/home/sfink/src/mozilla/.hg/store/data/build/moz.configure/android-sdk.configure.i
0 error invalid or missing encoding declaration (black)
/home/sfink/src/mozilla/.hg/store/data/build/moz.configure/arm.configure.i
0 error invalid or missing encoding declaration (black)
Also, it's very slow.
