pop out player resizing creates black borders

the red you see is the video and the black is the before mentioned borders
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:87.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/87.0
Steps to reproduce:
- pop out a video
- resize the pop out so it becomes really small
- resize the pop out back to a normal size
Actual results:
when the pop out player is resized back to a normal size it will have black borders to the side of it
Expected results:
it should just resize to it's normal size without the black borders attached
