Currently, if you run a browsertime command like this ./mach raptor --browsertime -t imdb --browsertime-no-ffwindowrecorder there won't be any recording done. It mighy be helpful to enable browsertime video recording when we find a recording related flag instead of relying on the existence of --browsertime-video. This is similar to what we will be doing for gecko-profiling.
