Steps to reproduce:
Enable Proton
browser.proton.enabled > true
browser.proton.contextmenus.enabled > true
Observe the styling of RightMouseClick Context menus. Compare them with other PopUp Menus
Actual results:
Styling is different for the mentioned elements
Expected results:
Styling should remain consistent

The context menu is a different UI element to the main panels/door-hangers, so there are other ways besides the shadow that it differs (e.g. hover state for items), and the reasons are a mix of UX and technical ones. Either way, I don't think this is likely to be addressed any time soon.
