Expected results:

Styling should remain consistent

Component: Untriaged → Toolbars and Customization
Whiteboard: [proton-context-menus]

The context menu is a different UI element to the main panels/door-hangers, so there are other ways besides the shadow that it differs (e.g. hover state for items), and the reasons are a mix of UX and technical ones. Either way, I don't think this is likely to be addressed any time soon.
